Yoga offers something for everyone. My goal as a teacher is to help you find your yoga: to encourage you to move in a way that feels good for your body and guide you through your own journey.

Drop-In Classes

Sundays (no class Feb 18)

  • 10:30-11:30am: BlissFlow Yoga **
    BlissFlow classes are an invitation for your to find fluidity and softness in movement, while exploring ways to strengthen and lengthen the muscles in your body. Each class is uniquely sequenced to leave you feeling a sense of balance, clarity and maybe even bliss as you move through the rest of your day. (All-levels)


  • 7:30-8:30pm: Fearless Flow Yoga
    Surprise yourself at what you can achieve when you start to let go of the fears that hold you back! Explore movement in your body that challenges you and be guided through self-discovery exercises designed to empower you. The emphasis of the class is on expression and exploration, less about the mechanics and structure you might find in a typical yoga class. Yes, there will be elements of asana (postures), pranayama (breathing), and meditation, but we're here to break the mould, not fit into one. (Some prior yoga experience recommended)


  • 6:30-7:30pm: Gentle Yoga
    Are you looking for a little more ease, softness and peace in your life? Gentle yoga is like a gateway to opening your heart to yourself and opening your mind to a new way of being. Gentle yoga is the perfect class for anyone starting out in their yoga practice, anyone recovering from, or working with, illness or injury, and for anyone who is looking to restore mobility, balance and balance in the body. (All-levels)
  • 8:00-9:15pm: Restorative Yoga
    In this class we’ll support the body in various positions using blankets, pillows and blocks for several minutes at a time. Couple that with special breathing techniques, you’ll move your nervous system from a state of “fight or flight” to a state of “rest and digest”, which is optimal for healing and wellbeing. (All levels)

Private Classes

I offer private or semi-private classes to people in the comfort of their own homes. Private classes are great for:

  • Complete beginners
  • People who are shy about attending a group class or want to feel more comfortable with yoga
  • People who want to achieve a specific goal through yoga – whether to increase your flexibility and strength, manage stress, find peace and relaxation or lift into a headstand
  • People who like 1:1 learning

Special Events

Grab a group of friends for an energizing, relaxing, or meditative experience! From bachelorettes to baby showers, and birthdays to wedding days, yoga is a fun and meaningful way to spend time with friends and family.

75-minute yoga session for up to 12 includes:

  • Completely customized session designed to suit your group’s needs
  • 1:1 consultation and planning
  • Yoga mats
  • On-location or downtown Hamilton studio option
